My whole family actually loves the book. We are on our third month. Shopping list would have been awesome, but after the first two months, I just made one myself. I have lost 44 lbs so far. My son has lost 35 lbs. I have about 71 more to go!! We love the recipes so much that I plan to use this until I am at my goal weight and for references after that.

in your BL 30 day jump start book the recipes are generally for more than one serving. Can I freeze what is not eaten that day? For example the chili.

I am currently on day seven. I feel great. The food is excellent. I can't stop telling everyone how good it is. I weighed myself on day one and will weigh in again on day 30. Unlike WW the food is all planned out. Although I agree the grocery list would have helped out. If you are thinking about getting healthy in addition to working out this is the book.

Ok, in High School I was a size 5. After having my two children I had gained 110 pounds and have crohn's disease. I had surgery a few years ago and feel much better except for the fact I still am huge! In February I started on my own and lost 8 pounds by the end of March. I lost 20 pound using this. For a total of 28 pounds in 2 months. 1 on my own and 1 with the 30 day jump start. I love it. The first few days I had cravings. After that they were gone. It's the easiest diet I have ever done. Believe me I've done a ton. Now I get to plan a weeks worth of meals from what I've leard. I've another 70 pounds to take off.

I am currently on day 4 and I love this book. Although it is similiar to other diets it is very nice to have the menu set up for you so there is no figuring out exactly what to eat it's already there. At first I wasn't sure about the daily exercises because my fitness level is more advance than the first couple of weeks but I have actually felt the difference. Oh and as of day 2 I had already lost 4. 2 lbs!!!! Can't wait to see how much I lose after 30 days.

The book looks good, I haven't jumped into it yet. The one thing I think it is missing is a weekly grocery list. That would have been a very helpful tool.
