Just as important as setting goals is figuring out how you’re going to reach these goals. Flying blind isn’t the best way to lose weight so have a clear plan of action in mind before even starting. For example, if you wanted to lose 15 pounds in two months, then you would have to create a calorie deficit of roughly 1000 calories per day, which should be done by reducing caloric intake and burning extra calories through exercise.
