We’ve published our Most Popular Diets of the Year* list every December since 2008, and one brand has held on to the number one position that entire time. Until this year. In 2011 the 17 Day Diet jumped ahead of Weight Watchers. With one million copies sold, a Spanish version, a workbook, and a cookbook publishing March 2012, it’s no surprise that Dr. Mike Moreno’s 17 Day Diet was the most talked about weight loss program this year.
Weight Watchers maintained a strong position in the top 10, thanks in part to the new PointsPlus program and impressive endorsement from Jennifer Hudson.
Jillian Michaels has the most products on our list of 20, with three of her personal brands’ products holding positions in the top ten. She might have left The Biggest Loser, but her appeal is as big as ever. (more…)

There are so many fitness systems on the market it is hard to know which one to choose, but the answer is always the one that you are going to follow through with and use as instructed. I have tried many different workout systems including P90X and have failed miserably at staying committed until I found Supreme 90 Day.
Supreme 90 Day is a complete workout system that includes all the workouts and a diet plan that you will need to follow this program for 90 days. The system includes 10 DVD’s (Chest&Back, Legs, Ultimate Ball, Tabata Inferno, Cardio Challenge, Shoulders&Arms, Total Body, Back&Bi’s, Chest Shoulders&Arms and Core Dynamics) that work your entire body utilizing muscle confusion to keep your body guessing so you continue to see results throughout the whole program. The only equipment you need is a mat, a stability ball and dumbbells. The Diet plan is written by Clean Eating’s Tosca Reno and it has 30 days worth of meal plans with recipes that you repeat twice during the program.
You know how it is with a good idea in fitness. Once someone has it and it does well on the market, before you know it there are similar-sounding programs that come on the scene to take advantage — or improve upon what was already a good idea. We’ve gotten a lot of questions on the new Supreme 90 Day program lately and how it compares to P90X, so we wanted to give you a solid break down of how they’re similar and how they’re not.
