Mandy Ingber’s Fitness Background

Mandy Ingber is a personal trainer, fitness and wellness adviser, and possibly one of the best yoga and spinning teachers in Los Angeles. For more than 15 years, Mandy has been helping people become healthier and happier with their bodies and themselves.

Mandy has created a yoga-hybrid workout called Yogalosophy, a “motivational hybrid technique [that] revolves around cycles of change.” Yogalosophy combines constant motion (spinning) with stillness and strengthening (yoga) to challenge your body into becoming it’s best.  Many celebrities have come to Mandy for help getting themselves into better physical form.
