Yes, celebs are just like us. They make New Year’s resolutions, too! If you have yet to plan your 2015 goals, look to these famous role models to come up with your own! We like how they’re keeping it simple and realistic.
1. “When people are talking to me, I will listen.” — Matt Preston, MasterChef Australia
Preston goes on to tell the Daily Mail that he does not usually believe in resolutions, but he and his daughter resolved to make this goal together.
2. “I just need to be better this year than I was last year.” — Ne-Yo, singer
He says, “New Year’s resolutions don’t work for me because I’ll be real disciplined for like a week and then I’ll fall off.” Ne-Yo has a good plan regardless: resolve to not make any resolutions. Personally, trying to be overall “better” than you were in a prior year is a perfect resolution.
3. “I don’t make ’em, ’cause I always break ’em.” — Dolly Parton, country starThough Parton has a similar mindset as Ne-Yo, she also went on to tell Female First that she will stay busy, which keeps her energetic. Her other secret? Naps. “Where I am, whatever I’m doing, I take a quick nap.” Not a bad resolution — more naps! (more…)

Each season, we watch contestants on Dancing with the Stars undergo major transformations and this season was no different. Kendra Wilkinson may not have won the competition but she did win back her pre-baby body and a whole new perspective on life.
Before DWTS, Wilkinson was somewhere between a size two and four. By no stretch of the term was she overweight, but she hadn’t quite reclaimed her Playboy physique. Wilkinson is happy to report that after competing on DWTS, she’s back to a size zero. Most well-known as the sporty ex-girlfriend of Hugh Hefner from Girls Next Door, Wilkinson has always been very active. In 2009, when she had her son with husband Hank Baskett , she gained a whopping 60 pounds (don’t worry Kendra, you’re not the only one in that boat!)
As many of us know, losing 60 pounds isn’t easily done. Wilkinson credits her freshly-sculpted body to a combination of Ab Cuts, dancing and a diet of natural foods, rich in fruits and vegetables.
The cast of the newest season of Dancing with the Stars has been announced. Although Bristol Palin will not be replaced by former Delaware Senate candidate Christine O’Donnell, it will feature boxer Sugar Ray Leonard, wrestler Chris Jericho, and Playboy Bunny and reality TV personality Kendra Wilkinson.
Kirstie Alley will also be among the show’s performers, and she says she has modest expectations. Her goal, for herself and fellow contestants is to “try not to fall on our butts the first week out. That’s what I’m going for.” Kirstie Alley is no stranger to reality TV after starring in Kirstie Alley’s Big Life on A&E.
