Kelly Osbourne Heads Back to the Gym to Drop Gained Weight

In the world of weight loss, one of the most complicated things to do is keep the weight off. Many people find that they meet their weight loss goals only to gain the weight back that they’ve lost. While some may ignore the signs that they have regained some of their lost weight, others choose to take action right away.

Kelly Osbourne is one person that has decided to get a handle on her weight gain before it gets out of control. Osbourne lost weight in the spotlight during her 2009 stint on the TV show Dancing With The Stars. She regained a dress size during the awards season and has vowed to get back into the gym to lose those extra five pounds. Now that all of the awards are out of the way, Osbourne is going to have the time to get back to the gym.

Best Celebrity Bodies of 2010

Fitness magazine just released its list of the best celebrity bodies of 2010. Just as a warning: This is probably not the article you want to be reading after polishing off the last three slices of the holiday pecan pie.

Pie or no pie, having a perfect body is part of the celebrity’s job responsibility – or so it all too often seems.

From drugs to food, Kelly Osbourne has played out some very serious health battles in the limelight of the paparazzi and gossip magazines. She once made the very true, yet unfortunate statement that her battle with her weight made more headlines than her near-death battle with drugs.

So it should come as no surprise that as the former contestant of Dancing with the Stars, graces the cover of this month’s Shape magazine in her size-2 bikini-clad body, gossip websites and celebrity blogs are on fire with just how amazing this pint-sized young starlet looks.
