Exclusive Interviews with Biggest Loser Teens Who Return to Ranch in Week 8

Tonight brings episode 8 of the Biggest Loser Season 14, and we couldn’t be more excited. The kids are returning to the ranch for more one-on-one time with the trainers and the remaining contestants.

We had the pleasure of catching up with Biingo, Lindsay and Sunny today, and they were anything but kids to us with their grown-up perspectives and mature outlook on their Biggest Loser experience. Here’s what they had to say.

What was your biggest fear or worry before joining the show?

Biingo: I guess my biggest fear was just thinking about how hard it would be. But I was excited to experience it. I thought it would be hard to change my habits and exercise more.

How has your interaction with the trainers been?

Lindsay: In the beginning the exercising and dieting was really hard for me. I was never used to eating in small portions. I’d tell Dolvett, “No, I don’t want to eat in small portions. It’s too hard for me.” But now my body is used to exercising and eating healthy things like natural sugar instead of processed sugar.

Biingo: All the trainers are really great, honestly. They help me and the other kids a lot. Unfortunately, there is still the whole difference of us being in our homes and them being far away.

How Justin Bieber Stays Fit Boxing, Running and Eating Healthy

A video of Justin Bieber and Mike Tyson boxing is creating quite a buzz around the Web. And it has us wondering what exactly the young singer’s fitness routine is.

Rumors have circulated that as the teen star matures in his career, he seeks out new role models such as Tyson and fellow pop star Usher. With these new friendships come new activities, such as boxing sessions as Tyson’s personal gym.

This seems to fit Bieber’s personality as fitness has always been a part of his life despite a busy schedule. The singer has managed to stay in tip-top shape by making time for his workouts even though the past few years have been a whirlwind of concerts, video shoots, and countless TV appearances promoting his music.

After releasing his first album, Bieber went straight to performing his hits around the world, and was on and off tour for about a year. Globetrotting is just a part of Justin’s life and he has had to make adjustments to accommodate his hectic lifestyle. In order to do so, the star hired personal trainer Dolvett Quince to keep him in shape for his most recent tour; Quince is now a trainer on The Biggest Loser.

Exclusive! Dolvett Prepares for Biggest Loser 13 Finale

I met up with Dolvett, and his smile, in his dressing room just a couple of hours before the star trainer takes to the Biggest Loser 13 finale stage. He was noshing on a beautiful spread of fresh berries, salmon, almonds, chicken, and hummus, and admitted feeling a little nervous about tonight. After all, two of the three finalists are his contestants. Ultimately, he wants the best person to win.

We reminisced about this season, and how it took him from ballet tights and Zumba clothes, to the White House and Hawaii, something he was able to mark off his bucket list.

In the coming weeks you’ll see Dolvett starring as the first male to lead SELF’s Workout in the Park, taking place in San Francisco, New York City, and Chicago.

He’s mum on any other projects he has in the works, noting they are plenty, and still didn’t share any more details when I remembered he’d previously mentioned a book and workout DVDs. Maybe the DVDs will progress in three weeks or so when he finally kicks the custom made Louis Vuitton boot protecting his broken foot.

Dolvett Readies for Biggest Loser Season 13 Premiere

Dolvett Quince took the Biggest Loser ranch by storm last season and stole the hearts of America. That’s quite a feat considering he was replacing the beloved, and feared, Jillian Michaels. Tonight, Biggest Loser 13 will premiere with only two trainers, with both Dolvett and Bob Harper.

This morning, Dolvett made an appearance on the Today Show to promote the new season, which has a two-hour premiere tonight to introduce us to the 20 new contestants who are in for the shock of a lifetime – a season centered around No Excuses. Even with a very successful season behind him, the top finishers of the Biggest Loser 12 marathon were his trainees, he was still surprised by the newest class.

“I was surprised by the contestants – psychologically they have so much doubt. My job is to help them remove the doubt and lose the weight,” he told Matt Lauer.

Trainers Bob and Dolvett Get Little Face Time on Biggest Loser 13

By Courtney Crozier

The Biggest Loser is kicking off yet another couples season on January 3. The motto for the season is “NO EXCUSES!” which is very fitting for the start of a new year. The two trainers on season 13 are Dolvett Quince and Bob Harper, who we had the opportunity to speak with this morning. He answered a few of our questions as we await tomorrow night’s season premiere.

Dolvett, Bob, and their teams are competing against each other, so the obvious question is, “How do the trainers get along?” At least, we and @wlcmomof3 on Twitter wanted to know. Bob told us they “get along just fine,” but he doesn’t focus on Dolvett because he is focused solely on his team during workouts. Behind the scenes, Dolvett and Bob do not get the opportunity to talk much as they are separated most of the time. It’s not like the Bob and Jillian Michaels duo that we’ve seen in seasons past!
