Nutrisystem Week 4
Hi everyone! This week I was over at the Nutrisystem Facebook page and was reading all the comments. I ran across this one girl who is having a bit of the same problem as I am. I can see and feel dramatic changes in the way I feel and the way my body looks. Clothes are fitting differently, I have more energy, and there’s just an overall change I see when looking in the mirror. But the downside to this is the weight is not really matching up with the changes. This morning I weighed in at 166 pounds (down from 175 pounds, -9 pounds, in four weeks); so the weight is going, but I figured the weight would catch up with the reflection I am seeing in the mirror. I am just so excited about this program! It is really giving me the jump-start on reaching my goal in a healthy and great tasting meal plan.
Speaking of great tasting… I have now been on the Nutrisystem meal plan for four weeks and would like to review the best and worst meals. My favorite meals so far have been the lunch items:

Nutrisystem Week 3
Hi everyone… Hope your week has been a good one. I am still trying all the different choices that Nutrisystem has provided for me, and still I am able to say that most of the meals have been very good. There are a couple that I could not eat, but it is a very good percentage of meals that taste great. The crispy rice cereal was very pasty tasting, and I am not a big Chinese food eater, but decided to try the orange chicken with rice and veggies… I just could not do it. I am sure that someone that likes orange chicken would have loved it. It looked really good, but didn’t suit me.

Hi everyone… Everything is going well with my Nutrisystem meal plan. I am going to go over a couple of the dinners and the snacks this week.
The Italian meals… pizza, lasagna and rotini with meatballs… were all really good. I had the chicken with Alfredo sauce last night and that was really tasty. The meals are not very big like the breakfast and lunch items, but eaten with the salad and fresh veggies that are recommended your meal is very satisfying.
I have had a couple problems with the flavor of a few things. The hamburger was not very appetizing and really the meatloaf was about the same. The hamburger comes very dehydrated and to cook it you add hot water. But every time you touch the burger (even getting it out of the package) it just crumbled into a quite a few pieces. It was really difficult to eat. The meatloaf was kinda hard and didn’t really have much flavor. But the potatoes that came with it were really good.
