Blake Lively Doesn’t Pay Attention to What She Eats

Rumor has it that the toned beauty Blake Lively doesn’t need to work out or eat right to maintain her Helenian figure; and we can confirm this gossip to be true. The 26-year-old actress was recently asked to reveal her diet and workout regimen to People Magazine.Blake Lively

The answer? “None! I don’t need to have a [trainer] or pay attention to what I eat.” Must be nice.

Don’t take her frank comments as snark or snobbery, she’s been making these claims for a while now. Over a year ago, Lively told The Daily Mail the same thing. Back then, her secret to staying in shape was “Being 25 years old! That and a good metabolism.”

Seemingly aware of the impending decrease in her metabolic function, Lively made no buts about her laissez faire relationship with diet and fitness.

“In a few years, I’ll need to have a new secret, as in an incredibly strict diet regime.” While anybody would love to have Lively’s body type with no maintenance required, it’s important to suspend complete envy. The lifestyle of an actress is such that staying in shape is a fringe benefit. Per People, “I’m always on the go. I’m lucky to have an active lifestyle.” The constant movement, traveling, and training for film shoots and other appearances is sure to burn a ton of calories.

Victoria Beckham Follows the Five Hands Diet to Help Shed Baby Weight

Everyone may follow Hollywood for the latest diet trends, but we’re pretty sure Hollywood follows Victoria Beckham. The former Spice Girl has seemingly tried every diet out there to keep her super-slim frame, and reports of her starting a new diet have only increased since the birth of her daughter in 2011.

After doing Yogalosophy, following the Alkaline Diet, taking sun chlorella supplements, adding seaweed to her diet and going gluten free, we have to wonder what else Beckham can try. Apparently plenty, as Beckham is reportedly now a follower of the Five Hands Diet.

I’m giddy. It’s time. The fall movie season is officially in full swing. In addition to caramel apples, pumpkin anything and apple cider mixed with Butterscotch Schnapps, movie-going is my favorite part of the season. To get you excited for all those new fall flicks, I’ve gathered up a few that I’m looking forward to and then paired them with healthy “themed” recipes you can eat afterward while you discuss the plot and shake off your buttery popcorn/candy hangover. This very subject came up on our recent G+ Hangout event with Dolvett Quince, superstar trainer on Biggest Loser, which premiered its 15th season last night.

His motto is, “Hard work. Dedication,” so we aren’t even sure minimum is in his vocabulary. But he does understand that we’ve all got kids, and jobs, and maybe we’re just building up to work out at the maximum. Either way, he’s got a solution for those who can’t give 110 percent everyday. And honestly, it’s still no easy walk at the park and sure to work you out the way you need to be.
