Rebecca Meyer – Biggest Loser At-Home Winner Season 8

rebecca biggest loserThe pink team was able to continue the winning streak last night during the Biggest Loser season 8 finale. While Rebecca Meyer didn’t take the top prize as four previous pink team members had done, she did win the at-home prize, earning her $100,000 and justification for all her hard work.

Rebecca looked positively radiant in a sassy new pixie-cut and blond hair-do that took everyone by surprise. Rebecca joined Biggest Loser weighing 279 pounds, and dropped to 139 pounds to earn her the at-home prize. That’s a total loss of 140 pounds, nearly 50 percent of her total body weight.

Rebecca told DietsInReview.com she’s excited about moving her life forward with fellow contestant-turned-boyfriend, Daniel Wright. The couple was quite googly-eyed with one another following the finale, exchanging several kisses and embracing this exciting new life ahead of them.

Not that it matters but you got the numbers mixed up. She lost 139 pounds and her current weight is 140.

Rebecca did fantastic. I am so happy for her. I wish her and Daniel the best. And I was quite pleased that she won without resorting to any tricks. She looked completely healthy and in fantastic shape, unlike some of the anorexic contestants of the past.
