He looked good and not emaciated like Helen. She was selfish and I hate that she won. I was already sick of hearing her praising herself. She should have been as good a mom as Ron was a dad and put her daughter first. She went to an extreme and I thought she looked better when she left the ranch. It should have been Kristen in the final four instead of Helen. I may never watch biggest loser again. As far as I am concerned Mike won the competition. He looked good and not emaciated like Helen.
