Mandy Ingber’s Fitness Background

Mandy Ingber is a personal trainer, fitness and wellness adviser, and possibly one of the best yoga and spinning teachers in Los Angeles. For more than 15 years, Mandy has been helping people become healthier and happier with their bodies and themselves.

“Having the body you want begins with loving the body you have,” Mandy tells her students on a regular basis. This philosophy and idea of accepting yourself as you are helps students love themselves while making physical improvements in their bodies.

Mandy has created a yoga-hybrid workout called Yogalosophy, a “motivational hybrid technique [that] revolves around cycles of change.” Yogalosophy combines constant motion (spinning) with stillness and strengthening (yoga) to challenge your body into becoming it’s best.  Many celebrities have come to Mandy for help getting themselves into better physical form. Some of her followers include Jennifer Aniston, Ricki Lake, Brooke Shields, and Helen Hunt.

LA Weekly and Los Angeles Magazine have both named Mandy the “Best of LA” for her fitness workouts, and Daily Candy nominated her workout music playlists for “The Best of Sound.”  She is also featured in Self, InStyle, People, and Vanity Fair magazines.

Today, Mandy does mainly private classes in LA. She also has many downloadable audio and video classes on her website.
