Vote for Diet of the Year

It’s likely that many of you started a new diet in January, as part of a New Year’s Resolution. Whether you chose a branded diet program, or decided to make healthy changes to your lifestyle, we hope that you’ve been able to successfully work toward your weight loss goals this year.

In the spirit of Election Day, and as the year inches closer to the end, we want to hear from you. Which diet gets your vote for Diet of the Year?     Wow! There’s so many different diets out there. It’s no wonder weight loss is so confusing. I had to vote for other because I’ve had the best results so far with the Structure House program. It taught me to have a whole new relationship with food and to understand why I eat the way I do.

  2. South Beach Diet gets my vote. I have lost over 25 pounds since the beginning of the year, and I have kept it off!

    I voted for others, as I went on amapur, a weight loss program from Switzerland, which was recommended to me by a friend from Switzerland. So far the best way for me to lose weight and detox.
