		<description>Very interesting topic. Its amazing how the  media, like the internet is now being used to openly encourage unhealthy eating habits. 

I think readers should be aware that these poor eating habits are often seen by the body as episodic bouts of starvation. And starvation itself triggers a hormonal response to conserve more calories in preparation for periods without sufficient nutrition. The calories are conserved as fat and just the bare minimum is used by the body for its needs often making one feel tired. 

Starving yourself may allow you to lose a few pounds for a week or so and some water but ultimately it will only contribute to a low metabolism and further weight gain.</description>
