Sedentary lifestyles, a problem for many, are extremely detrimental, and the doctors tell viewers that sitting for 11 hours a day or more increases your chance of death by 40 percent! They encourage the use of fitness apps and trackers as well as short high-intensity workouts like Crossfit.
Another big problems The Doctors address is too much sugar in the diet. Their simple solution is to drink more water, which can decrease daily calories by 20 percent. 1 cup chopped spinach
1/2 cup chopped kale
1/2 a banana
1/2 a pear
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup low fat, unsweetened coconut milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp honey
1 tsp agave
1 tsp flaxseed oil
1 calcium liquid pill
