		<description>Ouch, I would recommend that you talk to your physician about this issue. Fish oil obviously comes from fish, but does not have all the contaminants that fish has. I feel that it is best if you get your omega-3 from plant sources, such as flax seed oil. Please let me know if you have any further questions.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve heard that fish oil is good but what if you are allergic to fish?  I have never tried to take fish oil but i&#039;m assuming I shouldn&#039;t if I&#039;m allergic to fish.  Would anybody have a recommendation for an alternative?</description>
