Grilled a lot, roasted or steamed most veggies. After 3 months total cholesterol dropped to 184. I am disabled so could not exercise. Also lost pounds. Very happy camper. I believe the many changes I made resulted in the lower cholesterol. Dr. was very pleased. Will continue this life style forever. Total cholesterol was 267.
