Many people tell me how difficult it is to kick the soda habit. My solution? Homemade soda!
Watch now as I explain how to make it for yourself!
Many people I know still drink diet sodas and artificially sweetened sodas while trying to stick to a healthy lifestyle. This is not only robbing your pocketbook but your body of some vital nutrients.
It’s super easy to replace these beverages with one you make yourself! Grab a few bottles of sparkling mineral water and your favorite flavored liquid stevia. Add a few drops to the sparkling water, chill or pour over ice, and presto you’ve got some great tasting, all natural, and super inexpensive soda! Enjoy!

There is orange flavored mineral water so I would use that and sweet leaf has a valencia orange flavored liquid stevia. I would try those ( although I havent, so let us know how it comes out!) and I would even toss a few fresh orange slices in it so you get some vitamin c! :) If you cant find them locally you can order on line via amazon!

Thanks for this info, Shay. I love orange soda. Is there something I could use to give this orange flavor?

Great tip! I don't know what stevia is but lemon juice + seltzer water is my healthy soda replacement.
