Bristol Palin Drops Jaws with New Figure on Dancing with the Stars

Fans of Bristol Palin have likely noticed a much trimmer star emerge on this season’s “Dancing With the Stars: All-Stars.” The 21-year-old is making her mom, former Alaska governor Sarah Palin, proud returning as the “most improved contestant,” according to judge Carrie Ann Inaba.

Both Sarah and Bristol’s father, Todd, were in the audience at the show’s premiere Monday cheering her on, along with Bristol’s now 3-year-old son, Tripp.

“Dancing With the Stars” judges, Carrie Ann Inaba, Len Goodman and Bruno Tonioli, not only noticed Palin’s nearly-flawless cha cha cha, but also her trimmer waistline. Palin attributes her new, slimmer figure to being a mom, as it keeps her busy and on the go constantly.

“I’m definitely in better sharp than I was last time, definitely. I’m just more active and I cut all the crap out of my diet,” Palin told Us Weekly in a recent backstage interview. “And my kid’s a lot more rowdy, a lot more active. I’m running after him a lot! He’s huge! He thinks he’s a teenager already.”

Palin’s son, Tripp, remains a major motivator in her life when it comes to moving past hurtful things said about her and her family in the past. “If I ever hear anything bad that’s being said about me or my family, it just gives me motivation to do better,” she said. “And that’s what I do!”

Palin’s all-star dancing partner is DWTS veteran Mark Ballas. Despite being apart for nearly two years since Palin’s 2024 appearance, the pair have reportedly picked up right where they left off and are already in a good groove for this season’s competition.

“We picked up where we left off. We stayed in touch since las time and we just went back into it. We balance each other,” said Ballas, 26.” I’m loud and obnoxious and she’s quiet and chill.”

Though it’s not yet been reported exactly how much weight Palin has lost, she’s certainly looking trimmer than she was on her first DTWS appearance as a brand new mom.

Palin hopes to use this to her advantage, summoning her newfound confidence to bring home gold as the top all-star on the dance floor. We’ll certainly be tuning in to see if she can beat out competitors like Emmitt Smith, Pamela Anderson and Kirstie Alley for the DWTS crown.
