First of all, great article. I was wondering, though, would you happen to know the amount of aspartame in foods that commonly use it? Is the amount required to be put on the label of these foods? Also, are all of the artificial sweetners aspartame, or just the ones you mentioned here (Equal and Nutrasweet)?
