		<description>Well Callie, my philosophy is that you should get the vitamins, minerals, and fiber you need by eating fruits and veggies, but I feel like fiber supplements are ok if you know your diet is lacking. However, you need to remember that its recommended on the labels that you should not exceed 12grams. Drinking water is highly recommended when taking supplements because of complications of constipation,bloating, and gas.  Fruit &amp; veggies are the best way to get everthing in (fiber, vitamins, and minerals)!</description>
