Sworkit App Delivers Simple, Effective Workouts to Your iPhone

Want to workout but don’t know where to begin? The Sworkit app has you covered. It’s an app that gives you randomized training workouts based on which parts of the body you want to focus on. The workouts are timed from five to 60 minute sessions, so you can’t use the excuse that you don’t have time to workout. It’s available for Androids, iPhones and iPads, and Web.

Exercises are relatively simple, like Kneeling Hip Flexors, Squats, Forward Lunges, and Side Stretches.¬†Each exercise is timed, moving on to the next one so you don’t get burned out or bored. Pictures on the screen show you how to do each exercise, and none require the use of any equipment.

The free version works great, making you stay on your toes to keep up with the quick pace. For 99 cents, upgrade to Sworkit Pro and get verbal instruction for each exercise, how-to videos, and progress tracking.
