Miley Cyrus’s ‘5 Factors’ to Fitness

Showing off long toned legs in a black body suit at the Rock in Rio, Miley Cyrus proves that she’s really taking her body and fitness seriously. Cyrus has used trainer to the stars Harley Pasternak since she was 14, and it shows. Cyrus also follows Pasternak’s 5-Factor Fitness Diet, long credited with helping stars such as Halle Berry and Jessica Simpson look amazing.

The 5-Factor Fitness Diet calls for exercising five days a week in five-minute intervals, eating five meals a day, taking five minutes to prepare your meals and accomplishing this all in just five short weeks. Miley Cyrus follows all of the aspects of the diet, but admits to working out 25 minutes five days a week.

In addition to all of the dancing that she does, Miley jogs, cycles and does Pilates to keep her figure in tip-top condition.
