The first is she seems more like an everyday person than a celebrity. She’s struggled with her weight like so many people, yet she was able to lose it and is working hard to keep it off.
Many people are familiar with Hudson from her American Idol debut and her Oscar winning performance in the movie Dreamgirls. As she has lost weight recently, it’s hard not to notice the transformation. Another reason I believe her book will do well is because she lost weight the right way – through diet and exercise. People are fascinated with success stories and her before and after are remarkable. You can be sure that this book will take you throughout her journey to lose weight while also including personal information that makes her journey unique.
A good weight loss book contains the motivation, diet elements, exercise elements and encouragement to make permanent changes to reach your goals. Hudson’s experience with her own weight loss will be a great source of encouragement to those trying to lose weight and become healthier.
Hudson was able to achieve her 80 pound weight loss in just under two years, and she wants to inspire others who might be having trouble with their weight. Hudson’s book is set to be released in January of 2012.
