FullBar’s New Protein Bar – Fullbar Fit

beFull Solution, which was formerly known as FullBar, has created a new protein bar to add to their existing menu of snacks, bars and drinks to support your weight loss.

The FullBar Fit is a new bar that has the lowest calorie-to-protein ratio of any all-natural protein or energy bar on the market. The FullBar Fit currently comes in three flavors: Chewy Brownie, Toffee Crunch and Chocolate Peanut Butter Crisp. Each bar has 180 calories, five grams of fiber and 15 grams of muscle-building protein.

I had a chance to sample two of the flavors, the Chewy Brownie and Peanut Butter Crisp, and as a self-proclaimed energy bar guru, I give the thumbs up to the FullBar for its taste and size.

The bars are big! The bottom layer, which is thick, is a sweetened puffed wheat and soy crisp base covered by a pretty dense layer of sticky and chewy peanut butter or chocolate coating.

Most energy bars pack some serious calories, but are no bigger than a dried fruit strip. And given the calories and sugar in numerous energy bars on the market, they really aren’t that different than a candy bar implanted with a multivitamin.

But the FullBar Fit is built for those looking to stay fit or lose weight and feel satisfied after eating a decent-sized snack or mini-meal, which the FullBar Fit could serve as.

Here’s the only bummer: The FullBar Fit won’t hit store shelves until September, so you’ll have to be patient throughout the summer until you can taste them yourself.  Just to give you a sneak peek, DietsInReview and beFull Solution will be offering a free giveaway for the new FullBar Fit bar.

You can though buy the FullBar Fit online on the FullBar website. Each six-bar box costs $14.99 plus shipping and handling.
