What is it?

Apidexin is a weight loss pill said to be made with clinically studied ingredients that are helpful for reducing waist size. They also use testimonials that show one person lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks.

Information on the official website is brief, but they do show the results of clinical studies for certain individual ingredients. The claimed benefit is that when all these ingredients are combined, you’re meant to safely lose weight. The ingredients used are all natural, and there are some stimulants added as well. So is this formula truly effective for weight loss? What kinds of results are possible, if any? In this Apidexin review you’ll learn if any effects are possible.

Apidexin Ingredients and Side Effects
Garcinia Cambogia Green Tea (50% PolyPhenol) Greenselect Phytosome Green Tea Purple Tea with GHG Natural Caffeine
Theobromine Higenamine Gelatin Olive Oil

Green Tea: Both a patented form of green tea called Greenselect Phytosome and an antioxidant rich PolyPhenol extract is added,

The intended effect is to boost metabolism and to provide a source of antioxidants.  The National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health mentions that:

“not enough reliable data to determine whether green tea can aid in weight loss”

“have been some case reports of liver problems in people taking concentrated green tea extracts”

There are also other potential side effects that include:

  • Headaches, pounding aches, and feelings of discomfort.
  • Increased heart rate and blood pressure.
  • Insomnia and restlessness.
  • Anxiety, muscle spasms, and tremors.
  • Irritability and mood swings.

This is all due to the added caffeine. In some cases people have experienced severe side effects from supplements containing green tea extract.

Though green tea is considered a mild tea, in supplement form it can be included in potentially unsafe dosage strengths.

Purple Tea with GHG: A patented form of purple tea that is higher in antioxidants than green tea.  The company who made it funded the only clinical study performed on this ingredient. That’s why in this clinical study it’s revealed that there might be a potential bias.

It’s claimed to help with weight loss, but no unbiased sources have confirmed this claim.

There’s also a lack of information on what specific dosage strength should be, and what kind of side effects are possible.

Natural Caffeine: A common stimulant that is used to increase metabolism, energy, and mental focus. Certain people are more sensitive to caffeine, and potential side effects might be worse for some.

These possible side effects can include:

  • Jitters, muscle spasms, and shakiness.
  • Headaches, dizziness, and feelings of discomfort.
  • Dehydration and dry mouth.
  • Rapid heart rate and increased blood pressure.
  • Dependency and withdrawal symptoms.

It’s also not considered long-term solution to weight loss since it can lead to a tolerance. Examine.com mentions that when using this ingredient:

“Habitual caffeine use leads to tolerance… often to the point where the only benefit a user experiences is caffeine’s anti-sleep effect”

So using this ingredient for weight loss is not a long-term solution. It’s also not revealed exactly how much caffeine is added to this formula. So it’s impossible for one to judge whether or not this is a safe dosage.

Without knowing the full amount, this can further increase the risk for side effects.

Theobromine: Stimulant extract that’s often found in chocolate and tea. It’s a vasodilator, which means it widens blood vessels. It also has a diuretic effect and stimulates the heart.

Possible side effects are many and they include:

  • Jitters and involuntary shakes.
  • Rapid heart rate and increased blood pressure.
  • Nausea, vomiting, and ill feelings.
  • Withdrawal symptoms that include headaches and flu like effects.

In high amounts it can also lead to toxicity that may require hospitalization.

Higenamine: Extract of the Nandina plant that is used to treat asthma as well as help with fat burning.

Examine.com mentions the limitations of this:

“there is no human evidence using Higenamine”

“used as a fat burner… limited evidence on these claims”

Web MD also commented on this ingredients safety:

“POSIBLY UNSAFE when taken by mouth”

“has been shown to cause serious heart-related side effects including arthymias and even death”:

So caution is advised before considering this ingredient. There’s not enough information available, and studies have shown it to be potentially difficult to deal with.

When mixed with other stimulants the side effects can be potentially increased.

Apidexin Quality Of Ingredients

apidexinDue to the unknown mixture of 3 stimulants in caffeine theobromine, and higenamine, it’s unknown what kind of possible side effects this might have. Even a medical professional would not know whether or not this would be a safe dosage to take. It’s important to look after the intake of stimulants, as it can interfere with other foods and it shouldn’t be taken too late in the day.

Also, the other ingredients such as purple tea with GHG have not been tested outside of the manufacturers own studies. The lack of information makes this ingredients safety and usage unknown.

The green tea may present possible side effects, and it’s also a cheap ingredient that can be substituted with tea.  The only truly functional ingredient that has been proven to be effective and safe is garcinia cambogia.

Though overall the quality of the ingredients is poor.

The Price and Quality of Apidexin

At its full dosage strength one bottle lasts 15 days and costs $49.95.

This puts it in the higher range of pricing. Out of the 7 active ingredients, only one of them in garcinia cambogia is shown to be safe and effective.

The other ingredients are potentially dangerous or lacking evidence for weight loss. It’s also an expensive mixture of ingredients for what’s mostly tea and stimulants. This same mixture can be substituted mostly by just a cup of tea. Theobromine, caffeine and catechins which are the main ingredients said to help with weight loss are already found in tea.

Business of Apidexin

The company behind this brand is Nutripharm, LLC; they can be reached via the following:

Phone Number: (801) 319-9854

Address: 4778 North 300 West Suite 120

Provo, Utah 84604

They have an F rating on the Better Business Bureau website that tracks customer satisfaction. One strange thing about this company is that they have 2 listings on their profile from different addresses.

Both are from Utah and both have the same name, and each has an F rating. Here’s what people have had to say about the company with the current listed address:

“They have not contacted me or refunded money”

“NEVER got a response”

“Product shoed up months late and completely destroyed”

“no response was given”

People were frustrated with the lack of communication from the customer support staff. People also had shipping problems with the product coming late and damaged. Unfortunately for customers, this made the return policy unusable, since it’s limited to only undamaged bottles.

This F rating on the Better Business Bureau site is one of the few times a supplement company has had such a low rating. The company also failed to correct these issues, and no communication was offered to help provide a solution.

Customer Opinions of Apidexin

There are a few reviews online from customers:

“Another useless diet pill”

“Made me dizzy”

“ingredients are low quality”

“not worth the problems”

Side effects were a major concern for users. Many felt it was too harsh to use, and that weight loss was not possible.

People have listed problems including dizziness, headaches, stomachaches, and jitters. There was also concern over the lack of communication, as well as a lack of a money back return policy.

For many, dealing with the company was a dead end that did not help them retrieve their money or loss of time.

Conclusion – Does Apidexin Work?

Though Apidexin has a lot of scientific studies that show that some of the ingredients are useful, this brand has not published these studies in full. Only the companies that make some of these ingredients have studied them, so it’s unknown if it was unbiased. Customer support for this brand is also lacking. Many have experienced side effects, poor customer service, and a lack of weight loss benefits.

The proper solution for a weight loss pill should be an all natural, stimulant free, and customer approved brand. When searching for pills you need to make sure the ingredients aren’t cheap or full of stimulants.

The top rated brand of 2024 is out now, and it goes by the name of Sletrokor.

Not only is this formula made with clinically studied ingredients, but also it’s free of stimulants, fillers, binders, or any artificial ingredients. Customers have also lost weight, and there are testimonials and written reviews to back up its weight loss benefits.  People have enjoyed the fact that the company explains the ingredients, and they offer real reviews to show how effective it truly is.

Sletrokor also has a great 30-day money back return policy from a legitimate company that customers have rated favorably.
