Weight Loss Secrets for Swimsuit Season

Summer doesn’t officially start until June 21. But, the weather is starting to warm up, reminding us that it will be swimsuit season soon. Luckily, it’s not too late to lose a little weight before you show off more skin.

No more crash diets, long boring workouts at the gym, or endless fitness class routines. The goal to losing or maintaining weight is to find something that you can stick with and that actually allows you to keep your sanity. Avoid engaging in weekly or monthly diets that you cannot sustain for a long period of time due to the fact that you will probably fall off the bandwagon and eventually be right back where you started.

Below is a quick fitness routine to jump start your metabolism and get that heart a-beating, not to mention a list of the best summer weight loss foods.

Summer Weight Loss Foods:

  1. Watermelon: Consists mainly of water; a great way to stay hydrated and satisfy that sweet tooth.
  2. Chilled soups: Low calorie broth soups are ideal for reducing hunger attacks and contain vegetables as well.
  3. Vegetables: Raw or grilled; either way vegetables are great for satisfying hunger strikes and are low in carbohydrates.
  4. Grilled chicken: Great way to get the recommended amount of protein without all the fat. Great by itself or in a salad
  5. Fruity desserts: Avoid the high calorie desserts and indulge in a fruit-based one instead. Bananas, strawberries, cherries, or blueberries all offer endless options for a healthy, but sweet dessert.

Summer Weight Loss Routine:

Walk/jog/bike: 20 Minutes

Hula-hoop: 10 Minutes

Jump rope: 10 Minutes

2 sets of 15 repetitions of the following exercises:

I've long been interested in body wraps. However, I have been skeptical as to how they work, and if you can really lose weight by using them.

Like most people, I am interested in detox and weight loss, and want a quick fix. I am not a fan of getting wrapped by someone else, and prefer to do it myself
with an at home body wrap kit.

An important aspect to know that when you decide to use a body wrap, it is important that you drink enough water to stay hydrated. Most body wraps are herbal, and the detoxification process takes some of the water out of your system. It is always recommended to speak with your doctor before beginning any detox process, including a body wrap. It is also important to talk to other people who have used the body
wrap for weight loss to make sure that you understand how the wrap works.

It is also important to remember that, although body wraps may give you a "quick fix" in terms of weight loss, in most cases, this weight loss is not permanent, and a healthy diet and exercise should accompany such a treatment.

I am very pleased to say that I have had great results with my treatment and plan to use it again soon. I would like to try some of the supplements that go along with the product to see if the results are even greater. However, I loved the way I looked and felt after trying an herbal body wrap and I highly recommend it to anyone.
