What is it?

Feminelle is a hormone-free menopause supplement. Feminelle claims it can help women stabilize the natural loss of estrogen, eliminating many of the symptoms associated with menopause.

Feminelle is made from a blend of vitamins, herbs and minerals that aim to help restore a sense of balance in the body. While this product is designed primarily for menopausal women, it may be used by women who deal with hormonal issues during their menstrual cycles.

After researching various menopause supplements, we have discovered that Femmetrinol is most effective in helping users deal with the long list of menopause symptoms through the use of an all-natural herbal blend. Feminelle Ingredients and Side Effects

Feminelle is made exclusively from herbal ingredients, like soy and black cohosh, known to help increase hormone production, as well as some supportive plant-based items. Here’s a closer look inside the formula used to make Feminelle:

Soy Isoflavones Chasteberry Lemon Balm Dong Quai
Peppermint Leaf Black Cohosh Red Raspberry Leaf Green Tea Extract

Soy Isoflavones: Isoflavones, a substance found in soy beans and other plants, change inside the body into phytoestrogens, which act much like the estrogen produced naturally in the body. Isoflavones may help reduce the symptoms of menopause.

Users who have had (or are at risk for developing) hormone-sensitive breast, ovarian or endometrial cancers should ask a medical professional before taking any supplement containing soy, as it could worsen the condition.

  • Side effects associated with soy isoflavones may include gas, bloating or constipation. Users with soy allergies should avoid consuming this ingredient.

Dong Quai: Dong quai is a root used in traditional Chinese medicine, and may help a diverse range of issues like menopause, female infertility, PMS, hypertension and joint pain.

Chasteberry: Though it doesn’t directly affect hormone production, chasteberry works to activate the pituitary gland, which in turn, helps the body produce more progesterone, a hormone which often is depleted during menopause.

Women use this ingredient to treat various issues that emerge when the progesterone to estrogen ratio is off—hot flashes, night sweats and mood swings, as well as breast tenderness, PMS and painful menstruation.

Peppermint Leaf: Peppermint, often used as a refreshing flavor or for easing stomach pain may also help the body absorb antioxidants more easily.

Lemon Balm: Lemon balm is often used for its calming effect, as well as the ability to sharpen thinking, alertness and memory.

Green Tea Extract: Green tea extract is rich in antioxidants and used to prevent colds and other illnesses, reduce the risk of cancer and protect the heart and blood vessels from damage.

  • Green tea extract contains caffeine and as a result, side effects may include headaches, nervousness, upset stomach, anxiety, insomnia and more.

Black Cohosh: Black cohosh is a root containing phytoestrogens, which mimic the effects of estrogen in the human body. Because of the presence of phytoestrogens, this ingredient may help users deal with menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings and more.

Feminelle Quality of Ingredients

Feminelle is made from a selection of herbal ingredients known to have an effect on the hormonal balance in the female body—black cohosh and soy isoflavones, in particular. Yet, we don’t know what the dosage for any of the ingredients listed are. While it’s not outside if the norm to keep formulations a secret, we don’t have much any info that vouches for the potency of this product.

There are no clinical studies and no reviews that provide a good amount of detail that suggests this product is as effective as it claims to be.

The Price and Quality of Feminelle

Feminelle is not available for sale from the manufacturer’s website, though it is sold on Amazon under several different listings. A bottle containing 30 capsules typically sells for around $15, while users can buy in larger quantities as well. A set of two 120-count bottles is sold for about $50, while one of these bottles generally sells for about $30.

Users may also find this on eBay, though the price may vary.

Business of Feminelle

Feminelle is made by a company named Vitamedix. Here is the contact information, as posted on the official product label:

Phone: 786-472-2100

Address: 20801 Biscayne Blvd.

Ste. 403

Aventura, FL 33180

The Vitamedix website offers little in the way of information about this company and the products they sell. The front page features an “About Us” statement that makes very little sense, describing the various advertising channels and logistics processes, but nothing about why this “North American company has a multi-national presence.”

The website also does not include Feminelle on its list of products. It’s not clear if they no longer produce this item or if they simply don’t advertise it. Feminelle is still easy to find for sale on Amazon, eBay and elsewhere, but we aren’t totally sure if users are getting a product nearing its expiration date, or something that just came off the assembly line.

It’s also worth pointing out that users don’t get to see any record of clinical studies performed on this product or anything else. We’re basically limited to the information posted on Amazon in terms of learning anything new about this product.

Customer Opinions of Feminelle

There weren’t too many reviews available for Feminelle. This product does have a limited presence on Amazon, and seems to also cater to a Spanish-speaking audience, so it’s possible it’s more widely used in Central and South America. Here are some of the reviews we did come across during our look at this product:

“I bought this with high expectations. I think I fell for the marketing campaign, but they just didn’t end up working for me. I’m not saying Feminelle doesn’t work, it it just wasn’t for me.”

“I’m 33, so I’m probably a ways off from menopause, but this has helped me revive my sex life and treat what I believe is some sort of hormonal imbalance. No more night sweats or hot flashes after just 10 days.”

“I honestly don’t know if this works. I bought several bottles on Amazon, and gave some to my friends. They asked for more, so maybe it’s working. I haven’t seen any changes myself and it’s been about a month.”

“The benefits this product advertises are much different than what this product actually does. I’m really disappointed in the lack of effectiveness here. Don’t believe everything you see in an ad.”

Feminelle has pretty lukewarm reviews. Most of the positive ones just said something like, “great,” “the best on the market,” “loved it.” There wasn’t much there when it came to people that had a positive experience and thought to detail that experience for others’ benefits.

Most of the more descriptive accounts from past users mentioned that they were disappointed with a lack of results or that the advertisements were somewhat misleading.

Some people did say they felt that their hot flashes were less severe or that they were no longer experiencing night sweats. Our thought is, this product may just not be potent enough to deliver widespread benefits to users suffering from more severe cases of menopause symptoms.

Conclusion – Does Feminelle Work?

After reviewing Feminelle, we think that there are likely some better choices out there for women looking for an herbal menopause treatment. This product simply doesn’t have enough positive reviews standing behind it to make us believe it’s a consistently effective product.

Many of the ingredients are known to be effective in reducing some of the more common menopause effects. Black cohosh and soy isoflavones are widely used in helping restore hormonal balance without the reliance on synthetic hormones. But, we don’t know how much of any of the ingredients are in each dose — meaning, it may not offer enough potency to make any dramatic positive changes for women with a more urgent need to deal with uncomfortable symptoms.

We also don’t know if this product is still in production. Users can find this product for sale without much of an issue, but Feminelle is not listed among the other products Viamedix highlights on their webpage.

In the end, there just aren’t enough details to make us feel comfortable recommending this product to potential consumers.

Femmetrinol is the our expert-recommended solution for treating menopause symptoms in women experiencing a range of symptoms like hot flashes, irritability, anxiety, night sweats and more. Black cohosh, damiana and more deliver key benefits without the negative effects of synthetic hormone replacement therapy.

Femmetrinol is made with strict quality control at the center of the operations process. This product is made in an FDA-certified facility, following CGMP protocol. Get a closer look at Femmetrinol. Click here for more information.
