Jerry you just keep getting younger, this was so awesome… You inspire me, I started to lose weight 18mon ago, was 248, Nov 2007, I now weigh 212, May 12th, 2009… My doctor says, as long as I am not gaining I’m doing great… I want to be 130lb by 2011, for my 40yrs class reunion… I am to buy a 60’s bike to help along… So what is your secret… I hope you get to read this…
