		<description>This seems logical. If food manufacturers are required to provide nutritional information on the package, why shouldn't restaurants be required to make the same information readily available.

I was at a cafe last week and curious about the calories in the dressing on my salad. The waiter told me they didn't have that information available. Why wouldn't it be?</description>
