If food manufacturers are required to provide nutritional information on the package, why shouldn't restaurants be required to make the same information readily available. I was at a cafe last week and curious about the calories in the dressing on my salad. The waiter told me they didn't have that information available. Why wouldn't it be? This seems logical.
