Author and Men’s Health editor David Zinczenco will be a guest on the show, to introduce the latest addition to this popular book series. He will discuss how much sodium is really in our food, particularly in restaurant meals. The average American eats about two times more salt than the daily recommended amount. Zinczenco will offer healthier alternatives, that won’t leave you feeling like you can never eat out.

The Eat This Not That books give Americans a straight-forward guide to making better food choices, from the grocery store to the fast-food drive-through. It’s a “no diet” approach to better nutrition and weight loss. Other books in the series include Eat This Not That: Supermarket Survival Guide and the Eat This Not That Diet.

Alternatives to bad food are good, so many people just state what not to eat and leave it at that. Especially "guru" tv presenters
