TestoRipped Ingredients and Side Effects

Ingredients:

Fenugreek Caffeine Anhydrous
Creatine HCL Green Tea

Fenugreek: An herb that’s best known worldwide because of its sweet smell and taste, which many people compare to maple syrup. Fenugreek has been used to treat a number of conditions in alternative healing practices, however there is very little evidence to support most of the applications.

The only two conditions that it has been proven that fenugreek can benefit are:

  • Menstrual complications
  • Diabetes

There are people that have claimed fenugreek can be beneficial for treating erectile dysfunction, however there is no clinical data to support this. There are some studies that suggest that fenugreek may potentially increase sperm count, however those still require corroboration.

Fenugreek has been associated with some potential side effects in some users. It is possible that fenugreek consumption can lead to:

  • Stomach upset
  • Diarrhea
  • Maple syrup-like body odor
  • Facial swelling
  • Lowered blood sugar

Caffeine Anhydrous: A distilled form of the common chemical found in coffee, tea, cola, and other foods, beverages, and other products. Caffeine is one of the most consumed stimulants in the world.

Caffeine is noted for improving energy levels, focus and mental function, and for helping users stay awake and alert. It increases heart rate and circulation, so there is some thought that it could be beneficial for erectile function, however there is no clinical data that backs this up at this time.

There are some significant health concerns with caffeine, especially at the dosage levels that are in TestoRipped. The average cup of coffee contains 95 mg. of caffeine and TestoRipped contains 256 mg. of anhydrous caffeine alone.

Anhydrous caffeine is a distilled form of the drug that is even more potent than the hydrated form found in most food and beverage products. It should also be noted that the green tea in TestoRipped also contains between 25 and 50 mg of caffeine, meaning that each serving has well over the strength of three cups of coffee.

Doctors do not recommend more than 400 mg daily, and it is preferable if that quantity is not administered in a single dose. TestoRipped should not be paired with any other caffeine or stimulant products for risk of overdose. Too much caffeine can lead to symptoms such as:

  • Nervousness and irritability
  • Nausea and vomiting
  • Increased heart rate
  • Irregular heart rate
  • Heart attack
  • Death

Green Tea: Extracts taken from the common beverage. Green tea is beneficial for humans in a variety of ways, however none of them are directly related to male enhancement.

Green tea is high in polyphenols and antioxidants and can be beneficial for both mental and immune functions. The only reason green tea mat be beneficial sexually is due to its mild stimulant properties, however given the already high amount of caffeine in TestoRipped, there is no need to add more.

Stimulants can reach a point of diminishing returns where blood pressure and heart rate become higher than is optimal, and they can also increase nervousness and anxiety. In addition to all of the side effects related to caffeine that it can contribute to, other potential negative consequences of green tea consumption may include:

  • Anemia
  • Liver problems
  • Blood sugar fluctuation
  • Glaucoma
  • Osteoporosis

Creatine HCL: A chemical that is found occurring naturally in the body but is also used as a common supplement ingredient by body builders and athletes. Creatine is used to help form muscle mass, however it does not help with agility, stamina, or athletic performance in general.

Creatine is not a useful male enhancement product. It does not have any form of sexual benefits, however there are some potential side effects that taking creatine can cause. These may include:

  • Dehydration
  • Kidney damage
  • Liver damage
  • Heart damage
  • Stroke

Additionally, creatine is not recommended for anyone with bi-polar disorder as it can increase the likelihood of experiencing manic episodes. Individuals with diabetes or kidney disorders should not take creatine due to the enormous stress that it puts on the kidneys.

TestoRipped Quality of Ingredients

There are a number of significant issues with TestoRipped, starting with the fact that there is very little in there blend that would make someone think it could increase testosterone production. Fenugreek is the only listed ingredient that has even been linked to testosterone production, however those linkages have been clinically disproven.

Additionally, it is not recommended that users consume as much caffeine as is in TestoRipped. It is so potent that even a single cup of coffee puts users over the maximum recommended daily allowance. Not only is this hazardous for users’ health, but it is not even productive for erectile health.

Green tea and creatine are both nearly useless from a male enhancement perspective especially in this blend. Not only that, but green tea just adds to the already too-high caffeine count, and creatine has a list of very serious side effects that could result from its consumption.

Overall, these ingredients make the name of the product feel misleading, as it does not increase testosterone as implied. TestoRipped is not functional as a male enhancement product and seems to be mostly useful as a high-powered stimulant and workout aid.

Conclusion – Does TestoRipped Work?

There is no reason that someone could look at the ingredients panel for TestoRipped and conclude that it is going to be an effective male enhancement supplement. They do not include any known aphrodisiacs or sexual responsiveness enhancers, nor do they even seem to contain anything that is recommended for boosting testosterone.

It is shocking that a product that advertises itself as a testosterone booster does not use tongkat ali, tribulus terrestris, or any of the other known herbal T boosters. Instead, they have created an ingredient list that will certainly be effective for giving their users energy for a workout, but little else beyond that.

For male enhancement specifically, our team prefers to recommend Viritenz. Their ingredients mix has been shown to improve male sexual responsiveness by a number of factors.

It has been linked to improved erections, increased libido, and improved seminal quality, as well as measurably higher testosterone levels. Click here to see all of the ingredients that Viritenz uses in their blend.
