Hey, hey! Bernie Salazar here… I’m so excited to share this video blog with you on one of my favorite foods I’ve been eating since losing 130 pounds on The Biggest Loser, The Amazing Avocado!

Watch me turn one of my old meals – burger and fries – into a delicious and nutritious Southwest Turkey Burger.

Hey there - It's Rebecca, the dietitian at DIR... one ounce (3 slices) has 3 grams of mono-unsaturated "good" fat. It has about 50 calories and nearly 20 vitamins and minerals.

I love avocado, but I was under the impression that it has high fat content?

That turkey burger looks delicious...I will have to try that for myself.
