I bought this game yesterday. I much prefer the fact that you can design your own challenge that will run for 30-40 minutes, rather than having to stop and choose and get little rewards every 3 mins like in wii fit. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

Areas for improvement on the game: Downloadable song tracks for the audio settings!! Also, things like downloadable outfits for the player to personalise it more and i'm thinking there will be downloadable exercises because there area already spaces left in carido section. Maybe a weight measuring function, like in wii fit, that comes with security (logins etc). The journal needs some work too. Perhaps a little area to write a brief note about the day or something like that.

EFWJfattie - please tell your husband!!!

My husband works for EA. And I got to test this game for the company. I enjoyed the strength training and the band's and using my core ball on this game. I cannot wait for us to get our own copy but testing this game was fun and it works great with the controllers. UNLIKE the Jillian Game that totally sucked.

Anything to get up off the couch and get active is great by me. I hate the gym; it's dirty. Who knows what the sweaty guy on the treadmill left behind before you got on. The weather isn't always cooperative to go out and run (think snow, ice, sleet, hail, or anything over 80 degrees for me). I love the positive reinforcement of Wii Fit and I can't wait for the ability to personalize my workouts with EA Active. Even if I don't lose weight, I will get in better shape (or at least maintain) and have fun doing it. Anyone who badmouths this type of fun activity probably has no life anyway.
