Karen Ansel, M.S., R.D., C.D.N. is a nutrition consultant, journalist and author specializing in nutrition, health and wellness. She graduated from Duke University where she majored in psychology. She received her Masters of Science in clinical nutrition from New York University.

Ami Jampolis, M.S., CSCS is the owner of Focus Fitness. She is also a certified personal trainer through the National Association of Sports Medicine as well as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. Jampolis has a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from Arizona State University.
