I’m doing the Flat Belly Diet right now. Truth be told, I read the February issue of Prevention Magazine, bought the book, saw that there was not much there that wasn’t mentioned in the mag, and then returned it. I love it! I find that eating more fat is keeping me fuller. I’m more satisfied, and I love what I’m eating, so I’m sticking with it. You don’t really need the book. You can figure out the diet from blogs like mine and googling “Flat Belly Diet”.
