Jillian Michaels teased the announcement of her spring tour last week via Twitter, but made the “Maximize Your Life” tour official today. It’s the first time Jillian is mobilizing her message, and the tour promises to make this an inspiring, motivating, life-changing experience.
It all starts April 4 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, continuing on through a total of 35 cities in Canada and the U.S., with the tour coming to an end in Toronto on May 21. There are a total of nine tour dates in Canada, with U.S. tour stops hitting every corner of the country.
“It’s time to ask why not you?” poses Jillian.
She’ll help you answer that question in an empowering two-hour show, and leave you more prepared and focused to live what she calls your authentic truth. It’s not just about the sweat, or inclines, or what you’re eating, Jillian will show a live audience what she does best on Biggest Loser – break through. She has an uncanny ability to help people get out of their own way, dig deep and look inside to find the answers.
Jillian promises attendees they will leave Maximize Your Life with a redefined self-image, enhanced confidence, stronger self-worth, and a better ability to tear down internal and external obstacles.
“If you are a person who feels your health could improve or there is any facet of your life where you feel dissatisfied and unfulfilled, the question is, how can you not come to the show?” she asks.
In a press release, Jillian’s tour is summarized by words like empower, achieve, challenge, impact, shift, and of course maximize. People in the following cities will have an opportunity to see that for themselves.
San Jose, CA
Los Angeles, CA
Newport News, VA
St. Louis, MO
Kansas City, MO
Ticket holders for Jillian’s Maximize Your Life will leave with an action plan to take on the challenges and goals that lie in front of you. She’ll delve in to the science of weight loss, the role hormones play on that weight loss, and demonstrates the ins and outs of working out by sharing her most effective methods. Most of all, Jillian will “teach you how to shift your attitude, behavior, and mindset to maximize your life.”
Tickets start going on sale through Ticketmaster Thursday, February 21 for some locations. According to Ticketmaster.com, tickets will vary in price by city.
