Wouldn’t it be nice if you could slip a weight onto your arm, walk around with it all day, and when you took it off at night, you would have burned more calories and built more muscle than you could have possibly imagined? Sounds like a dream come true, right? Well, evidently, it is.
Body Togs are weighted “sleeves” that you can wear on your arms and legs. They are compact, comfortable, and fit easily underneath your clothes. Since they increase the amount of weight that you are carrying on your body, they cause you to expend more energy than you normally would, resulting in you burning more calories and losing more weight. As you lose internal weight, you keep this external weight, which will keep your daily caloric burn at an increased level. According to the creator, if you use the Body Togs for 10 hours each day, you will supposedly burn as many calories as if you had run for two miles.
This all sounds a little too good to be true, in my opinion. However, the creator of Dr. Ayaz Virji, a renown bariatric doctor, used the Body Togs with many of his patients before he released it to the public and had outstanding results. You can effectively slim and tone your body without chaining anything in your daily routine besides adding the Body Togs to your daily outfit.
Body Togs are not the sure-fire way to loose weight quickly or get a ripped six-pack. However, they can increase your daily caloric burn, which will result in a quicker weight loss. Like any weight lifting routine, Body Togs will cause your body to work harder to do some movements, such as lifting your arms or taking high-steps, which can result in more toned muscles and a trimmer body. However, the bottom line is that this product should not be your end-all, be-all when it comes to exercising.

hmm I'm just not sure about this one. I have to admit that I have a pair of Easy Tone shoes. I got them for Christmas and seem to be helping... I definitely feel little things like a trip to the store a little more which is cool. I guess I just feel like Kelly. Exercise is meant for more than just burning calories.

The real question is, how heavy are they?? There are lots of athletes who wear leg weights or arm weight strapped on to a certain part of their body to help target that area without spending extra time in gym.

These types of products drive me INSANE. Someone can't commit to working out, but they are supposed to commit to wearing these hideous things 10 hours a day- for the equivalent of running 2 miles? JUST RUN TWO MILES. You'll get the calorie burn PLUS the cardiovascular benefits- which is why you should be working out in the first place. Always looking for the easy way out...
