My personal opinion as a rheumatologist is that patients should look for full strength (or nearly so) preparations, not for homeopathic remedies. Since the FDA does not recognize Arnica as a pain remedy, I had to use it in my formula as an "inactive ingredient. IT WORKS QUITE WELL. The best reference is found at PDR FOR HERBAL MEDICINES 4th Edition. Also the German Commission E monographs. P.S. Homeopathic Arnica has too many "not effective results" reported in the literature.
