Is White kidney bean extract safe for a thyroid condition? Dr. Oz I love your shows. They are so informative. I have two auto immune desieses which is Fibromylgia and I had a large mass on my thyroid which resulted in removing it and the thryoid. So, I am Subclincal hypotyroidism. That I didn't learn about are the much research til afterwards on my own. The Doctors do not inform you of all the Dangers and ever detail you need to know of all the aspects of your care. I am eating right and have battled my wait. I did much research and it wasn't easy but I dropped 68 lbs and trying to keep it off and lose a little more. I feel much better. I still have health problems with both diseases and my BP has been controled sence the thryoid has been taken out. I am wondering though the supplement like white bean extract you mentioned and the others on that same show is it safe for a thyroid condition? I also have seen Capsicum is that safe? I am confused? I never know what is safe for my thyroid are not.
