Diet and Fitness Celebrities Share Their 2012 Resolutions

“In 2012, I resolve to be better at eating a healthy diet, getting regular exercise, and enough quality sleep. I find this easy to do when I’m at home, but harder to achieve when I travel. I resolve to bring healthy snacks along on my long-distance trips; work in at least 20 minutes of interval exercise wherever I am, even if it’s doing jumping jacks in my hotel room; and make an effort to get a minimum of 8 hours of sleep each night.”
