At the end of the day, it is all about calories in, energy out. If you want to lose weight, count your calories. That is your first step. Portion control is the key to getting on a proper eating plan.

Is it true that if you workout the day before a weigh-in, it will cause you to retain fluids and reflect a higher weight on the scale?
