The Texas Caviar from the Biggest Loser Family cookbooks is one of our family’s favorites. It makes a great snack served cold with baked chips, but it is also a great side. I heat it up and serve it with Mexican style dishes, It’s got tons of flavor hot or cold. Try it you’ll love it.
!5 oz low salt can black beans
15 oz low salt can of kernel corn
3/4 cup salsa
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp cumin
salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste
