Email DanielleParticipating in an active and healthy lifestyle is a top priority for Danielle Lagow. She believes in being better today than she was yesterday. If she’s not in the kitchen cooking or preparing food, you’ll find her in the gym pumping iron next to the boys. Danielle believes the key to having a fit body can be found through the motto that “abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym.”
Danielle has been an employee with Genesis Health Clubs for the past two and half years. What started as a part-time college job turned in to the beginning of her new and improved life. After meeting her bodybuilding boyfriend (at the gym of course) she began following his healthy lifestyle by learning the importance of weight training and proper nutrition. She now wants nothing more in life than to continue improving herself while helping others along the way.
Danielle is a student at Wichita State University working toward a degree in integrated marketing communications as well as a minor in marketing. Her long term goal is to become a business owner of a gym (with her boyfriend) where she can pass on her knowledge and passion to others.
