Katie McGrath is a major geek for health. She makes it a point to read, review, cook, eat, and sweat her way through the latest in fitness, nutrition, and happiness. Her interests and expertise span from her 18-year contemporary dance training to her more recent loves of yoga and plant-based cooking.

Serving as a corporate wellness consultant and private nutrition coach, she guides people of all ages and health backgrounds to make simple and sustainable steps towards their best selves.

Her motto? Keep It Real: real food, real life, real results, real health, the real YOU!

When she's not working with her amazing clients, you can find Katie teaching or practicing yoga, exploring nature in her new home of the Pacific Northwest, or in her kitchen trying to make her favorite yummy desserts healthier...it is possible!

Katie graduated Magna Cum Laude from Western Michigan University with degrees in Exercise Physiology and Dance Performance. She holds multiple certifications in nutrition, health coaching, personal training, and yoga.
